Greg Gachassin serves as CEO of  Park Group Construction, where he leads the development and execution of large-scale commercial, industrial, and workforce housing initiatives. With more than 3 decades of experience spanning real estate development, finance, and public-private partnerships, he is known for navigating complexity with precision and for delivering high-impact solutions in challenging environments.
 

Greg’s background includes a long track record of shaping high-value real estate and housing strategies. He has developed, managed, or advised on more than 1,000,000 SF of commercial and residential projects totaling approximately $200 million in value, and has overseen more than $500 million in financing. His experience spans all phases of development—from feasibility and capital structuring to operations—equipping him with a uniquely integrated perspective that drives predictable, scalable outcomes across the company’s project portfolio.
 

His prior leadership roles underscore his ability to move large systems and deliver tangible results. As Chairman and Commissioner of the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency, Greg helped steward over $3 billion in federal aid and supported the creation of 24,000 housing units statewide. He also led the Lafayette Public Trust Financing Authority, guiding $80 million in bond issuances that expanded homeownership opportunities for local residents. Earlier in his career, as president of a national mortgage lending firm, he earned recognition as a Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist and provided advisory input to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
